At the analytical characterization laboratories of the İstanbul Microalgae Biotechnologies R&D Center, along with purification, identification, and quantitative measurement for different molecular and chemical analytes, proteomics and metabolomics analyses are also performed using the mass spectrometry devices that have been added to the infrastructure within the scope of Project INDEPENDENT.
